This was inspired by certain words that my grandmother would say growing up. I explored different embroidery techniques, such as french knot, running stitch, stem stitch, couching, and good old cross stitch. My grandmother would be so proud. Love you grandma.

It is a three day fair that offers the finest entertainment, hand-made crafts, and music. Living artfully and creating unique experiences with family is what we are all about. We are in a wooded setting with our own water and communication systems, security team, and recycling service.
Archer Typography Specimen
I was intrigued by this large font family by seeing it in the Martha Stewart Living magazine. What drove my inspiration for this design was the contrast between the ball terminals on the hairline typeface, and the slab serifs on the bold typeface. This is such a classic elegant font, but is light hearted at the same time.
Photorealistic Chloe Perfume Bottle
A photorealistic illustration of a Chloe Perfume bottle. The way the bottle is shaped with the dipped vertical lines, and that creates many colors with light reflections. I thought it looked amazing, and also smelled fantastic!
This work was inspired by the movement of musicians with long hair. This picture in particular is of Lajon Witherspoon of Sevendust. I focused on the different textures of his dreaded hair, metal studded strappy bracelet, and the high contrast lighting. I used a scratchboard to be able to capture the lighting and different textures.
While researching the history of American circus performers, I stumbled across a book with beautiful photographs of performers. It included many popular performers from the early 1900's to the 1940's. While some people find it hard to look at contortionists, as they think it looks painful; I find it errily beautiful.
Robins Nest Coffee House
Picture a small quaint coffee house in downtown Portland, with a artsy rustic feel. This company was inspired from how people seem to congregate in their little groups in small coffee houses. Everybody can sit down for a nice cup of coffee and get cozy in their little nests drinking coffee.
DogHouse Magazine is designed for every dog lover out there! With recipes to pamper your pup, to DIY toys you can make with stuff around the house! Woof!
Some photography that I've collected over the years of traveling all over Oregon, Washington, and Northern California. We sure do have a beautiful state!
